I call this the "up against the wall" pose. I see this pose quite often (after all, I do look at a lot of picutres) and always wonder what they are trying to achieve. You can hardly see the model, mostly only her behind. Maybe that's the idea. In this shot if they had a little better lighting on Poo's face it would be quite nice since her firm figure shows nicely in profile.
