While they don't actually say Tata Young had any cosmetic surgery, they point to various parts of her body and say "If you want a nose like Tata..." or "If you want a chest like Tata...", etc. And they show a before and after picture to make their point, although it seems they picked a particularly unflattering before picture so I'm not sure it is really fair.

- Nose - the Isan (northeast Thailand) nose is usually flat and wide. Bangkokians like a more western looking nose. So "if you want a nose like Tata" the plastic surgeon will trim the sides and inject silicone in the bridge to make the nose narrower and taller. Cost is 20,000 baht ($500 U.S.) and up.
- Jaw line - if the jaw line makes the face too square you can adjust it to have a prettier shape like Tata by having botox injections to round out the shape. Cost is 10,000 baht and up. Treatment is needed about every six months.
- Breasts - want a chest like Tata's? They recommend high grade implants from Europe or the U.S. Breast augmentation surgery in Bangkok is 30,000 to 50,000 baht ($750 to $1,250 U.S.)
- Hair - and for ladies who change their hair color often, like Tata, resulting hair damage can be overcome with hair replacement. Cost is from 9,000 to 20,000 baht.
