This small picture is the DVD cover for the movie Sayew in which Pimpaporn plays a "tomboy". From the looks of the cover she plays a real tom, that's for sure. I can't imagine this movie did anything to help her in rankings of the 100 sexiest women 2006 unless, perhaps, she underwent a change in appearance. In the movie she ends up realizing she is in love with a man so maybe she transforms from this butch look to a sexy feminine look.
