I have never seen anyone in Thailand wear a dress with such wide open cleavage in front, except of course for some of the hottie celebrities who have to maintain their sexy images. And Panward would be one of those hotties. Still, the front of the dress is really wide open. The quality of the photo isn't so great because it was a snapshot and not a studio shot. The way her perky chest stands up in this dress and some of the other ones she has paraded in keeps people asking if those are real or implants. They sure seem firm. There is probably only one way to tell but I'm probably not going to be invited to squeeze them to confirm real or augmented.
