So they had a little Carnival Party in Bangkok and all the hotties were there, including party kitten Panward. I guess the true Carnival has a long history. Wikipedia says "Carnival or Carnivale is a festival season. It occurs immediately before Lent; the main events are usually during February or March. It typically involves a public celebration or parade combining some elements of a circus and public street party. People often dress up or masquerade during the celebrations. Carnival is mostly associated with Roman Catholic and, to a lesser extent, Eastern Orthodox Christians; Protestant areas usually do not have carnival celebrations or have modified traditions, like the Danish Carnival. The world's largest carnival celebration is held in Pernambuco/Brazil and Rio de Janeiro/Brazil, but many cities worldwide have large, popular celebrations."
That's just the summary. There are pages of history about the festival. I think the one in Bangkok was a lot more tame. But Panward's outfit is pretty cute. That perky chest of hers is just popping out.
