Thai actress Ploy - Lila Boonyasak is a pretty one in this photo. She has done a number of (bad) Thai movies. Her credits include Goodbye Summer (1996), Satang (2003), O Lucky Man (2003) and a couple later movies. I haven't seen any of them. I've only seen her acting in the Thai soap operas, the lakhorn. She always seems to play the strong dominating type of role.
