I'm not sure why because it conveys a spoiled rotten personality, someone you don't really want to be around. But everybody goes for it. Cosmetic makers market all types of products designed to give the pouty look. Luscious Cosmetics has a product line called Lip Delites which includes something they call a "lip plumper". I'm not sure what that is, but it sounds a little scary, although perhaps less scary than getting collagen injections to make your lips fuller. The cosmetic surgery crowd is sure big on that. But Bee seems to be all too natural in her pouty look. Hopefully it isn't a true reflection of her personality.
