The big retailers in Thailand like Power Buy also had booths and booth babes at the Mobile Expo 2007. Here is one of the cute ones. They have a lot of cell phone models but I think there aren't really that many other types of offers compared to other countries. There are only a handful of wireless retailers and although it seems like they have a million different types of calling plans it is really just an illusion designed to try to differentiate themselves from each other. It's all at brick and mortar shops, thousands of them, since few Thai people purchase from consumer-oriented websites offering cell phones. Not a lot of offers for international prepaid cellular services and cell phone rentals. But international travel isn't as big for Thais as westerners. Just lots and lots of cell phone models in booth after booth.
