She is wearing a school uniform but has opened her blouse to reveal a poorly fitting bra, one of the most common types of TDNF syndrome. I see a lot of bad bras in Thailand, although the problem usually doesn't involve hanging out around the edges. I also see a lot of cases of girls wearing school uniforms even though they are not students. Their boyfriends buy them a tight fitting uniform and give it to them to wear.
