There is something funny about how when the girls are out partying and having some drinks and then a camera shows up they usually want to start exposing themselves, or least tease as if they will. So these party girls are in the mood and flashing some cleavage, tugging at their tops to show some of their little chests, and squeezing them a little for effect. I think this is the same almost everywhere. I saw it at the clubs in L.A. when I went out dancing with my friends. Lots of the girls put on their special club wear outfits that were really sleazy looking - pretty fun.
