There is a restaurant and pub in Bangkok called Sea True Bar. I don't know what is up with that name. Maybe they are playing with English words. But I think it is more likely that they have just messed it all up. They might be trying to say See Through Bar but because they have such bad English language skills they end up spelling it the way the mispronounce it. The name See Through Bar would make more sense by the looks of these photos.
