The idea is the girl starts with her hands down and places a pencil under her breasts. Then she raises her hands over her head and if the pencil falls out she passes the firmness test. If not, she is branded a saggy. I think this was some bad bar room humor that was thrown at me by a bunch of grisly old scotch drinkers at a hole in the wall bar in L.A.
