It looks like some sexy little Thai girl was out enjoying Bangkok nightlife at maybe Patpong in the Silom area or maybe along Sukhumvit. Like most Thai people I'm not really familiar with those areas but I see all the signs for clubs in English in the background so it must be one of the tourist areas she is visiting. It doesn't look like Pattaya to me - not so crazy with the streets so packed with bars and clubs. Funny how she doesn't want to be recognized and keeps her cap pulled down over her face. Maybe it's the outfit. Wearing an outfit like that on the street is a little bit out there.
